ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 3 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 72 hours to let you know your order is on the way!

We offer Free shipping to all 50 states.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is mostly unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount for the return. No more than 2 packs of dental bibs should be used to be eligible for a full refund. Refunds are approved on a case by case basis.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@bowbibs.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
